- Exercise books; in print & downloadable e-books. Our custom, cutting-edge exercise material comes from true professional private personal trainers, not ‘celebrity’ trainers. We screen out the ‘bs’ and boring old stuff and present to the public exercise material and information that we can be proud of! Titles to be announced by summer 2010!
- Exercise videos; DVDs & downloadable video files, of all fitness levels and abilities, for you to learn new & different tips, ideas, and techniques. Most of our product may contain information that colleges & universities haven’t learn yet! (where do you think they get their information from? That’s right! From people outside the system trying, testing, and creating! ) Also, some of our videos contains improvements and alternative to training techniques that you may have seen, read about, or are already doing! Videos will be uploaded late July 2010!
